Material Sourcing Fees
Material sourcing is charged at an hourly consultancy rate.
- Hourly rate: £45–£65 per hour (depending on project complexity)
For ongoing or multi-stage projects, a retainer fee is required and must be paid in full prior to any work commencing. The retainer amount is agreed in advance based on the defined scope of sourcing work.
For smaller projects, we can also offer a fixed-fee sourcing package, agreed in advance once the scope of work is confirmed.
Please note:
- Material and sample costs are charged separately at cost price
- Supplier minimum order quantities and lead times may apply
- Extensive or international sourcing may require additional time
Material sourcing can be provided as a standalone service or combined with prototyping, sampling, and small-scale production for a streamlined development process.
