Technical Documentation (Tech Packs)
Clear and accurate technical documentation is essential to successful manufacturing. Our technical documentation services ensure that every aspect of your product is fully defined and ready for production.
Each tech pack may include:
- Detailed technical drawings or schematics
- Dimensions and tolerances
- Material and component specifications
- Colour, finish, and surface treatment references
- Assembly and construction notes
Our structured and detail-driven approach minimises errors, streamlines communication, and ensures consistency across sampling and production stages.
Once your design files, materials, and specifications are ready, we produce high-quality prototypes or samples with a strong focus on accuracy, durability, and functional performance. Each project is handled with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the prototype reflects final production standards.
Completed samples are carefully packaged for protection during transport, and any unused materials are returned upon completion.
We have extensive experience working with technically demanding products and accessories that require precise construction, clean tolerances, and premium finishes. Our expertise includes functional accessories, engineered soft goods, and specialist components where performance and reliability are critical.
To begin the prototyping or sampling stage, you will need to provide:
- Materials (Outer fabrics, linings etc.)
- Components and trimmings (hardware, fastenings, reinforcements, etc.)
- Patterns, CAD files, or technical drawings
- Initial prototype or mock-up (if available)
Sampling is charged at an hourly rate. We can provide an estimated time cost in advance; however, final timing can only be confirmed once development is complete, due to the iterative nature of prototyping.
Lead times vary depending on project complexity, seasonal demand, and current workload. Rush projects are welcome and can be accommodated subject to availability, with an additional surcharge where applicable.
