Our process is designed to guide you smoothly from idea to finished product. We work closely with you at every stage from the first conversation to final manufacturing, ensuring clarity, quality, and confidence throughout your journey:

1. Initial Consultation & Project Brief

We begin with a friendly, in-depth conversation to understand your vision, goals, timeline, and budget. This stage allows us to gather all the essential details such as style ideas, materials, quantities, and technical requirements so we can plan the feasibility and the best path forward.

2. Design Development & Technical Preparation

Next, we refine your concept through sketches, measurements, and technical specifications. We advise on fabrics, construction methods, and functionality, ensuring the design is fully workable and ready for sampling.

3. Prototyping, Fitting & Final Approval

We create prototypes and samples for you to test. We review fit, quality, and overall look together, making any adjustments needed. This process continues until the design meets your vision and is formally approved for production.

4. Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

Once approved, we move into small-batch manufacturing. Every piece is produced with care and attention to detail, following agreed specifications. Before delivery, each item undergoes a final quality check to ensure consistent, professional results.
